Tiramisu with fresh goat cheese

Ingredients for 4 people
Soignon plain pyramid 150g
- 150 g fresh goat cheese
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 12 ladyfingers
- 100 ml strong coffee, chilled
- 1 tbsp Marsala wine
- 75 g sugar
- Cocoa powder for finishing

Mix the coffee with the Marsala and let it cool.

Place the ladyfingers on a baking sheet and brush them with plenty of the coffee/Marsala mix and set aside.

Mix the plain pyramid with the cream. Use a whisk or mixer to whip the mixture.

Gradually add the sugar.

It should have a nice consistency and hold together.

Pour into a pastry bag with a piping tip.

Place 2 ladyfingers on a plate and pipe balls of cream onto each ladyfinger.

Top with another ladyfinger and finish with the cream.

Repeat for the remaining 3 tiramisus.

Refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Before serving, sprinkle with cocoa powder and enjoy!

You can also serve it in a dish to share.
💡 Tip: If you want to make it even airier, you can incorporate 1 egg white whipped to stiff peaks into the goat cheese mixture!
