Tiramisu with fresh goat cheese

Ingredients for 4 people

Creamy
Fresh goat cheese plain 150g

Soignon plain pyramid 150g

  • 150 g fresh goat cheese
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 12 ladyfingers
  • 100 ml strong coffee, chilled
  • 1 tbsp Marsala wine
  • 75 g sugar
  • Cocoa powder for finishing
  1. Mix the coffee with the Marsala and let it cool.

  2. Place the ladyfingers on a baking sheet and brush them with plenty of the coffee/Marsala mix and set aside.

  3. Mix the plain pyramid with the cream. Use a whisk or mixer to whip the mixture.

  4. Gradually add the sugar.

  5. It should have a nice consistency and hold together.

  6. Pour into a pastry bag with a piping tip.

  7. Place 2 ladyfingers on a plate and pipe balls of cream onto each ladyfinger.

  8. Top with another ladyfinger and finish with the cream.

  9. Repeat for the remaining 3 tiramisus.

  10. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.

  11. Before serving, sprinkle with cocoa powder and enjoy!

  12. You can also serve it in a dish to share.

    💡 Tip:  If you want to make it even airier, you can incorporate 1 egg white whipped to stiff peaks into the goat cheese mixture!
