Personal Data Protection Policy
This Personal Data Protection Policy (the “Policy”) explains how personal data collected through this website (the “Site”) is used by Eurial, acting as data controller.
This Policy may be updated in accordance with changes in applicable laws and regulations or developments in Eurial’s activities, particularly regarding products and services offered.
“Personal Data” refers to any information relating to you that allows you to be identified directly or indirectly as a natural person.

1. Why does Eurial collect your data?
1.1 – Connection and identification data
Website security
We may store digital traces of your visit to our Site in order to prevent and detect security incidents, protect your personal data, and secure our information systems. The legal basis for this processing is legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f of the GDPR).
Connection logs are kept for a period of 6 months from the date of the activity.
1.2 – Job application
The collected personal data are shared with the individuals responsible for recruitment within the company Eurial and/or with the manager of the hiring team. For the recruitment of temporary workers, these data are also shared with the temporary employment agencies Itzu Diest or Actief Interim Diest.
Personal data collected as part of the application process is stored in a computerised database. The legal basis for processing is the implementation of pre-contractual measures (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR)
They are stored for 2 years after the processing of your application.
1.3 – Contact form
The personal data collected in the form is recorded in a computerized file. The legal basis for the processing is consent (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR).
Data marked with an asterisk (*) in the form must be provided. Otherwise, your request cannot be processed.
The collected personal data will be communicated to the department responsible for handling your request, depending on its subject.
They are kept for 2 years.
1.4 – Exercising your rights
Personal data collected in the form is stored in a computerized file. The legal basis for the processing is compliance with a legal obligation (Article 6.1.c of the GDPR).
Data marked with an asterisk (*) must be provided. Otherwise, your request cannot be processed.
The personal data collected will be communicated to the department responsible for processing your request depending on its subject. They may also be shared with third parties when required by law or in case of an audit if necessary.
They are kept for the calendar year of the request plus five years.

2. Recipients and retention periods
2.1 – Public and judicial authorities
Personal data may be processed in order to manage requests from public or judicial authorities or in communications with such authorities. The legal basis for this processing is legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f of the GDPR).
The collected data will be communicated, within Eurial or the AGRIAL Group, to persons concerned with requests/communications with authorities, to support departments of the AGRIAL Group including the legal department, and may be shared with advisors, service providers and/or subcontractors.
They are kept for the duration of the procedure before the relevant authority.
2.2 – Retention clarification
At the end of the retention periods detailed above, your personal data will either be deleted or anonymized. However, your personal data may be kept longer in so-called “intermediate archives” in order to comply with legal obligations, considering applicable statutory limitation periods or to safeguard Eurial’s rights until all legal remedies have been exhausted. They will then be deleted or anonymized.
3. Your rights regarding your data
You may access the data concerning you, rectify it, request its deletion, or exercise your right to limit the processing of your data.
Where the use of your data requires your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time.
In certain cases, you may also object to the processing of your data and exercise your right to data portability.
