Pinsa with Goat Cheese, Prosciutto, and Figs

Ingredients for 2 people

Melting texture
Ripened goat cheese log 150g, Made In Belgium

Soignon ripened goat log 150g

  • 1 ready-made pinsa dough
  • 150 g ripened goat cheese log
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 fresh figs
  • 2 slices of prosciutto
  • 1 handful of arugula
  1. Slice the goat cheese and place it on the pinsa dough. Sprinkle with dried thyme and drizzle with honey.

  2. Place the pinsa on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F).

  3. Finish the pinsa with fig quarters, pieces of prosciutto, and a handful of arugula before serving.
