Loaded goat cheese

Ingredients for 4 people

Creamy
Fresh goat cheese plain 150g

Soignon plain pyramid 150g

  • 100 g smoked bacon, in thin slices
  • 300 g fresh goat cheese
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • 1 handful mixed nuts, finely chopped
  • 1 handful dried fruit, finely chopped
  • 1 pinch Cajun seasoning
  • 1 pinch four-season pepper
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped chives
  • ½ red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 pickled jalapeños, finely chopped
  • 1 bag of nachos for serving
  • Olive oil
  1. Fry the bacon slices in a little olive oil until crispy and let cool completely. Then chop finely.

  2. In a large bowl, mix the goat cheese, raisins, dried fruit, nuts, Cajun seasoning, chopped bacon, chives, red onion, and jalapeños. Spoon the mixture into a dome shape in the center of a large serving dish.

  3. Drizzle with a little olive oil and finish with extra chives and Cajun seasoning. Serve with nachos around.
