- 4 hot dog buns
- 12 goat cheese wrapped in bacon
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 avocado
- ½ red onion
- A small handful of mesclun (mixed salad greens)
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp honey
- A few drops of hot sauce
- Salt and pepper

In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, mustard, honey, and hot sauce. Chill in the refrigerator.

Dice the tomatoes and avocado.

Slice the red onion into thin strips.

Combine the tomatoes, avocado, and red onion in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

Cook the goat cheese rounds in a pan or bake them in the oven according to the package instructions.

Slice the buns in half and toast them.

Spread the sauce on the bottom half of each bun.
