Broccolini with goat cheese and toasted almonds

Ingredients for 8 people
Melting texture
Soignon ripened goat log 150g
- 500 gr broccolini
- 100 g sliced almonds
- 2 tbsp ginger, chili and mango jam
- 2 tbsp honey
- A splash of water
- 300 g aged goat cheese log

Briefly blanch the broccolini stems in salted water.

Toast the sliced almonds in a dry pan until golden brown.

Mix the mango jam with the honey and a splash of water.

Cut the goat cheese into thick slices.

Arrange the broccolini and goat cheese slices nicely on a serving dish. Spoon the mango sauce over the top and finish with the toasted almonds.
