Broccolini with goat cheese and toasted almonds

Ingredients for 8 people

Melting texture
Ripened goat cheese log 150g, Made In Belgium

Soignon ripened goat log 150g

  • 500 gr broccolini
  • 100 g sliced almonds
  • 2 tbsp ginger, chili and mango jam
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • A splash of water
  • 300 g aged goat cheese log
  1. Briefly blanch the broccolini stems in salted water.

  2. Toast the sliced almonds in a dry pan until golden brown.

  3. Mix the mango jam with the honey and a splash of water.

  4. Cut the goat cheese into thick slices.

  5. Arrange the broccolini and goat cheese slices nicely on a serving dish. Spoon the mango sauce over the top and finish with the toasted almonds.
