Goat Cheese Appetizer Platter

Ingredients for 4 people

Fresh goat cheese honey 150g

Soignon honey pyramid 150g

  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 focaccia
  • 150 g honey goat cheese
  • 100 g serrano ham
  • 1 handful mixed olives (green & black)
  • A few fresh basil leaves
  1. Preheat the oven to grill mode. Place the tomatoes in a baking dish, drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Grill for 10–15 minutes until the tomatoes burst. Then reduce the oven temperature to 180°C.

  2. Slice the focaccia into thin toast slices. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and lightly drizzle with the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Bake for 10 minutes in a preheated 180°C oven until golden and crisp.

  3. Place the goat cheese pyramid in the center of a serving plate or wooden board. Arrange the roasted tomatoes, serrano ham, olives, focaccia croutons, and basil leaves elegantly around it.

  4. Finish with an extra drizzle of olive oil and some freshly ground black pepper. Serve immediately.
