Grilled figs with goat cheese

Grilled figs with goat cheese, duck crumble and porto sauce

  • 2 figs
  • 30g Merlin goat cheese
  • 4 slices smoked duck breast
  • A few lettuce leaves
  • A few toasted pine nuts
  • A few drops olive oil
  1. Cut the figs into quarters without cutting all the way through. Season with salt and pepper.

  2. Fill the figs with goat cheese and place them in an ovenproof dish.

  3. Arrange a few lettuce leaves on a plate and place the grilled figs on top.

  4. Sprinkle with duck crumble and pine nuts.

  5. Drizzle with warm porto sauce and serve immediately.
